How It Works

Option A — Drop It Off

  1. Bring your device and power supply (if available).

  2. We run a $35 diagnostic (applies to your repair).

  3. Approve the quote; we fix it and notify you for pickup.

Option B — Ship It To Us

  1. Package it well (bubble wrap/box; no loose items).

  2. Include a note with: name, return address, email, phone, password/pin (if needed), and a brief issue description.

  3. Ship to:

  4. We email your diagnostic + quote. After approval and payment, we ship it back (return shipping added).

Turnaround & Warranty

  • Many fixes: same/next business day after approval; board-level: 2–5 business days.

  • 90-Day Warranty on parts & labor (excludes liquid/impact damage and abuse).

Data & Testing

  • We don’t wipe data for repairs unless required. Back up if possible.

  • We bench-test all devices before return.
