2. Pay the $89 Diagnostic Fee

Submit the $89 diagnostic fee using the Pay Now button. This fee covers a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and is credited toward your repair if you approve the recommended service.

3. Pack & Ship Your Device

Package your device securely using a sturdy box with plenty of padding. If you're experiencing charging or power issues, please include the power adapter or charger.

4. We Diagnose Your Device

Once your device arrives, our certified technicians will perform a complete diagnostic evaluation and contact you with a detailed repair estimate before any work begins.

5. Approve Your Repair

After reviewing your estimate, you decide whether to move forward. If approved, your $89 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost.

6. We Repair, Test & Return Your Device

Our technicians complete the repair, perform thorough quality testing, and carefully package your device for its return shipment. If you decline the repair, your device will be returned after applicable return shipping charges are paid.
